Hi everybody! Thanks for looking at my campaign! Everybody remembers the real estate crash, but no one has heard my story yet. That is about to change!

Please read my story, pass the word and help! My case will help the masses.

Thank You!!!

I experienced the absolute worst assault from foreclosure mill lawyers that any tenant could possibly imagine. As a tenant in good standing since 1994, living in a gorgeous trophy building in the Marina District in San Francisco located at 3835 Scott Street, I had no idea what would befall me after my landlord lost the unit during the crash of 2008. I lived in the property for 23.5 years and could have lived there for the rest of my life, but imposters decided to interfere in my court case willingly conspiring with deceitful foreclosure mill lawyers in the process to essentially steal my home.

From the moment that these foreclosure mill lawyers stepped into my life, I was besieged by legal harassment and turmoil. I tried to defend myself against their skullduggery knowing that their singular goal was to sell my home to someone else if only they could deprive me of it. However, I didn't know what I didn't know and neither did any of my lawyers. Over the years, evidence began to reveal that the involved banks never owned a shred of the unit.

The bank lawyers stripped my lease at the SF rent board based on lies, they took a home that their bank clients didn't own, they denied my first right of refusal to buy the property at an extremely low price, they denied the grand fathering clause that defined my right to stay, they never stepped foot in the unit, never made a single repair as the property fell apart, they denied all my rights under California, federal and local laws, they repeatedly lied in court so that they could sell the unit to someone else--in retaliation for my continual assertion of my rights and because they duped the housing court into believing they could file there in the first place!

I wound up in court year after year, some of it with lawyers, some of it by myself answering completely concocted motions filled with lies. And what did I do wrong? Zero!! Except to live in a property that the criminals targeted. Yes, in fact these lawyers target certain properties to foreclose and they target whom they believe are vulnerable.

It's my turn now, to reverse the entire fraud, recover my home, obtain land mark decisions for everybody that prevent wall street from filing bogus eviction cases against tenants and be compensated--not just for myself, but for all who are unwitting of the fraud perpetrated against them.

The acts of these foreclosure mill lawyers on behalf of their "trust" client can only be described as criminal and the epitome of an intentional fraudulent eviction formula designed to confuse the courts and defense lawyers --the details of which I have finally unraveled as of this week.

I have found the smoking guns and I have put their complex and fraudulent puzzle together. I intend to reveal it to everybody but cannot shed light on it here for fear of forewarning my opponents of my evidence. However, I will say that some of their trickery was in plain sight, the rest of it buried. No previous lawyer figured it out giving you an idea of its complexity. Sadly, too many assumed that tenants didn't have any rights during the crash and left it at that. The truth is, tenants were actually in a very strong position during the crash. Unfortunately hundreds if not thousands left their homes unnecessarily.

I need your help in this fight, because it's going to be expensive and my goal is to help the masses. It won't be a fight in court alone, my campaign will spread.

If you know anybody who received a 90 day notice from a wall street trust, it automatically meant that it was going to be a one way street in housing court and they were going to lose their home. Why? because a wall street trust doesn't have to abide the laws that protect tenants. The trust is not a bank. It is a wall street investment vehicle--that means the court has been allowing stocks to evict people--and stocks cannot be sued!! Wall Street isn't actually the buyer or the seller of any property. It can't have a contract with a tenant or a home owner to sell or rent properties. Then what is it doing in housing court railroading people out of their homes!! People who received the bogus 90 day notice like I did repeatedly, never needed to leave because there was no valid legal threat of eviction.

In fact, this formula likely victimized hundreds if not thousands of people in California and perhaps beyond. I know in many of these cases, the tenants had more than enough legal reason to acquire their homes.

In my particular case, making matters more egregious and illegal, I had what should have been extreme good fortune because a local niche ordinance required that the bank offer me the first right of refusal to buy the property at a very low price. However, the bank had no intention of honoring the correct price for the unit which was less than $100k during the crash, nor did they have any intention of selling me the property at any price.

In the end, not only did the bank steal the property from me, it damage my career, forced me to lose a business and inventory, took me away from my community and social life, it also sold the unit illegally. If my opponents read this and think I don't have a case due to some kind of statute that they worked hard to expire, think again. You don't know what I have or what the valid legal theories are.

Please help fund my legal case. It's going to be expensive, but its going to help countless others who suffered a similar fate. My hope is that my legal efforts wind up obtaining the court decisions necessary to prevent this kind of ruinous attack by wall street that has abused housing court to harass and otherwise railroad innocent people out of their homes--destroying the fabric of neighborhoods.

In brief my goals are to:

1. obtain key court decisions to prevent wall street from filing legal actions in housing court. This will help many avoid losing their finances and homes in the future to the crooked lawyers desiring to misappropriate their properties during the next wave of foreclosures to sell to the highest bidder.

Ideally this will wind up in class actions ensuring that countless others are compensated for their past and grossly unjust losses.

2. To be compensated for the fraudulent eviction formula perpetrated against me by the skullduggery of deceitful foreclosure mill lawyers over a mind-numbing decade of abuse.

3. And to get my home back of 23.5 years located at 3835 Scott Street in San Francisco that was unjustly misappropriated from me. The buyers inexplicably participated in the fraud by filing documents in my court case.

The time is now to get these court decisions as banks are on the march handing out easy loans counting on another wave of foreclosures to steal your homes. They also willingly run tenants out of their homes in the process. This depravity to take homes for re sale to the highest bidder shreds the fabric of our communities and turns homes into a giant game of musical chairs.

Thank you and Please pass on!!
