Save the german Bakery in Cape Town

Hi :-)

There is a german Bakery/Café in Cape Town. It has been there for 9 years and the current owner can't run it any longer. Obviously the new owner should be german as many germans/german tourists in Cape Town are actually really happy to hear their mother tongue (I realized that, when volunteering in the Café). I would like to take over that Bakery as I've been wanting to run a Café since forever - even when we were still living in Germany (and now am in need of earning money as I will get divorced - and being employed is not possible on my visa status). The Café is doing well, but until now nobody ever marketed it properly and the current owner is tired and not creative anymore - there is space for innovation and more income generating ideas which I don't lack. The price for the business is ZAR800.000,00 = ca 50.000€

I would be extremely grateful and beyond happy, if this crowdfunding does the trick and enables me to take over the Café :-)
