Brave Kids Fight Cancer

This campaign is to help Apu and her friends raise money for kids fighting cancer. All donations will benefit St Jude Children's Research Hospital. For tax deduction, please see below.

Meet Apu. She was a happy fie year old when she was suddenly diagnosed with High risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (a type of blood cancer), due to which she had to dropout from school. The last 9 months have been tough, but with help from doctors, friends and family, Apu is feeling better now. You can read more about her story here ^http://bravekidsfightcancer.org^
Meet Apu. She was a happy fiv During her frontline treatment, Apu drew a lot of art to keep herself cheerful and to express herself. This was done while going through several rounds of hospitalization and chemotherapy. In addition, we started a family project working with her on a storybook, titled “How Sunshine Returned to Joyland”, which is a fun and adventure book for children.

During the treatment it occurred to Apu and her friend that they want to help other kids going through similar challenges. To help them, we decided to put up this funding campaign and give copies of her book or artwork to the donors and send all the proceeds to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This is one of the highest rated pediatric cancer therapy centers and they don't charge a dime for all the patients they admit worldwide.

While her fight continues for the next two years, we would like to thank you all for your continued support in helping kids like Apu stay brave and inspired in their battle against cancer!
