Branden disabled father

Branden is a father of two boys. His oldest is 4 and his youngest is 6 months. Branden suffers from Lupus, lymes, and is now being tested for cancer. He's only 23. Due to all this, he can't work. Branden tries to work, but after a few days he becomes physically ill. He can't even get out of bed. He has applied for assistance through multiple places and keeps getting denied. We are waiting on SSD to malmake their final decision. Branden's family has until the end of this month to find a place to live. Please help this family with the funds they need for food, clothes, and a home!
