Greetings to everyone

I'm Patrick Eneche, born with sickle cell anaemia disorder. In 2005 at FMC Lokoja, I was diagnosed with septic arthritis of both knees, and subsequently, my knees were operated upon but not properly handled and managed. This resulted in a bilateral knee joint damage of both my knees, and I am only able to walk with the support of the walking frames.

I was privileged to travel out of the Nigeria between 2008 and 2019 for studies, while I was out of Nigeria, I got married and was also blessed abundantly financially until between 2018/2019, when I was deceived into making a wrong investment by a Nigeria Banker where I was defrauded and lost all I had.

This caused me to relocate back to Nigeria with my family in December 2019 following severe financial difficulties abroad. Upon my return to Nigeria with my wife and children, I was diagnosed with meningioma of tentorium cerebelli, a Brain Tumor that required surgery and couldn't be done in Nigeria. I suffered the pains and agony of this tumor for over a year. The cost of the surgery was 25 million naira, I solicited help and sold the little things I had left to travel for the surgery and God showed me mercy as the surgery was successful.

I thought that was the last, but fast forward again to June 2023, I started having severe sickle cell anemia crisis and went for a test, A consultant hematologist did an Iron study on me, and the result showed I had an iron overload of 1390 against the normal state of a maximum of 150 iron, and risk associated with this condition are heart attack and organ problems. The medication prescribed to manage this on a weekly basis costs 90,000 naira per pack, and I am expected to take it for 3 months.

I have started the medication for about 2 months now until further complications came up, what is called hyperhemolysis, which is a problem sickle cell patients suffer as a result of frequent blood transfusions. I have been in hospital since 31st July and currently, my bills are over a million naira. Also, the pains from both shoulder joint cause my arthritis, and the knees has become more severe The doctors has advised a total joint replacement surgery costing over forteen million naira (N 14,000,000)

Haven said all of these, I wish to solicite for support towards my outstanding medical bills and the bills for the surgery as stated above.

Below are my details and scanned document showing outstanding bills as well as estimated bill for surgery.
