Brain surgery for my grandfather, Renato Razon (needed immediately), please help

My father experienced an intolerable headache for about a week prompting us to bring him to the ER last Monday (August 14,2018) but was dismissed by a hospital in Valenzuela stating that "a headache" isn't an emergency case by the following day, my mother (Lolita Razon) noticed, he lost his balance already. My father that day is in excruciating headache plus has lost his balance. I decided to bring him to a neurologist in Capitol Medical Center (Dr. Rogelio Belleza) which immediately requested he be admitted and an MRI/MRA be done asap for a "possible bleeding" (or as he termed it leaking and true enough, with the swift action of the Capitol Medical Hospital staff, we found out, my father has been suffering from a brain hemorrhage for a week or maybe more the Neuro surgeon (Dr. Leagspi) said, there were just no evident signs at the start yet just a "headache" that the hospital in Valenzuela dismissed without hesitation. He will need a Lateral Burr hole surgery, the doctor said to prepare around 200k for the operation alone, this does not include the professional fees of the specialist plus the medicines he will be needing etc. I asked the Neuro surgeon how much is his professional fee is he did not give me a ballpark amount. But based on what I heard Neuro surgery costs 500K to 1M. I am therefore asking fervently for your help to raise funds for him, the hospital was (is) initially asking for a 100k deposit; in partial payment for the operation alone. I have already asked from Sysmex philippines but I'm still waiting for their reply. I have also asked for help from some friends. My daughter is also looking at other viable options but we really need help immediately. My father also has a Caritas account but it's already empty. We're running out of options and this is our last resort. He needs to have the operation while he's still conscious because according to the doctors, he still has a large chance for survival if he gets operated on while he's conscious. So please, please. Help my father.

My father before this happened has been serving as a Barangay Admin official under the leadership of Bgy. Capt. Pio "Jojo" San Diego. Eversince I can remember, he and my mother has been active in the barangay or in the community. I fervently ask for your financial help and prayers for my father to survive this. Noong bata pa ako sa tuwing magkakasakit ako or may problema, naalala ko kung paano ako alagaan ng tatay at nanay ko mna gagawin nila ang lahat para makitang maayos na ako, sa panahong ito, it is my turn to help him and napakahirap makitang nahihirapan sya tiisin ang nararamdaman niyang sakit and I am helpless about it. I am asking therefore to please help us, may nalikom kaming halaga pero hindi pa sapat para maoperahan siya sa lalong madaling panahon habang may oras pa at gising pa siya... Kahit anong tulong po na maiaabot ninyo ay lubos kong pasasalamatan at habang buhay na tatanawin maitawid ko lang po ang tatay ko sa oras de peligro niyang ito.
