I am overseas student in south korea. finish my 2nd year
My one of the closest person is ill now. I am in relationship with my girlfriend more that 3.5 year. and we have been through a lot hard times. almost 2 year living in distance. i am working after my school to support her and her family(her mother and sister) and also payoff my student loans.
recently she had health issues. At beginning she told about that she feel strong headache and 2 days ago she lost feeling of taste and sense of smell. medical check-up shows that she has 2 brain cysts. one of them close to her left eye. doctors say we have to make operation as fast as possible. however I can't afford the operation. and I can't ask for money from anyone. I tried get loan but bank required an official job. since the pandemic started i lost my part time job also. I was not planning to ask money from people but this situation forcced me to do so. i hope you understand. thank you for you time and effort.
PROTOCOL OF MRI RESEARCH OF THE BRAIN OF THE BRAIN On the series of transverse, sagittal and coronary T1 and T2-VI brain median structures are not displaced. The lateral ventricles are symmetrical, narrowed dyingly. 3-ventricle 0.27cm wide. 4- ventricle of the usual form, not expanded. The subarachnoid space is moderately enlarged in the temporoparietal regions due to moderate atrophy of the adjacent part of the cerebral hemispheres. The pituitary is symmetrical, with a concave upper contour, 0.4 cm high, its signal characteristics are not changed. The pituitary funnel is located in the middle. Chiasm of the optic nerves without features. Orbits and their contents without features. Retrobulbar fiber without areas of pathological intensity. Edematous mucous membrane of the nasal concha with a slight narrowing of the nasal passage. In the maxillary sinuses, irregular cyst shapes are noted with dimensions of 1.7x1.6cm on the left, 1.0x0.7cm on the right, with smooth contours. The remaining paranasal sinuses and cells of the mastoid processes are developed correctly, their pneumatization is not impaired. temporal bone CONCLUSION. MRI of signs of intracranial hematomas and volumetric formations of the brain were not detected. Indirect signs of intracranial hypertension. Cysts of the maxillary sinuses. Recommended: consultation of the attending physician. RESP
