Braille Reader, Liz’s Essential Item

My name is Liz Frankland and I am totally blind. An item I use every single day to make my life much easier is called a Braille Sense. I use this as a diary and a notebook, for such things as studying and for shopping lists, as well as for accessing documents. It reads everything back to me in Braille and I type everything into it in Braille. As it can read documents, I can, for instance, receive details of a church service, sent to me by email, and use the Braille Sense during the service itself to follow the prayers and hymns (like a hymn book) which means I can sing and fully participate along with the sighted congregation. As you can probably see, this device is extremely important to me. Unfortunately, my current device, which is 10 years old is failing and the Braille readout has become worn, making it difficult to use. In consequence, I would like to raise the money to purchase a new one like the one in the image above. I have already raised £1560 and I have set this crowd-funding up to raise some of the remaining difference. (I have been promised some money from elsewhere.) I would be sincerely grateful if you could help me in this endeavour and I thank you in advance for any help you feel you could give.
