Braces and wisdom teeth removal

Hi! Im 25 years old woman and unfortunately, I have problems with my teeth - my jaw is too small for growing wisdom teeth. They grow turned 90 degrees, pushing right neighboring teeth, causing me pain and decays on these teeth. Im not even talking about moving all teeth from their original places - my mouth is a mess, I rather dont smile anymore. I need wisdom teeth removal and braces to fix the mess after, but medical expensis are too high for me. I hoped if you people could contribute with some small amout you would not miss in your lives, I could gather the amount I need and relieve myself from pain, complications and ugliness
