It's proven a difficult path investing for myself in a small business on my regular fixed income. The Ontario Disability support program is good, providing basic life subsistence expenses, but only that. So to invest in materials to produce a good I have to essentially sacrifice on vital subsistence. But that isn't the only thing. For most of the winter I've felt a mad impetus to vision, design and create a concept for small, stunning miniature landscapes with a focus on empathetic, intellectual, consciousness and compassion promoting works of art. Taking the proverbial leap into the unknown has taken me time but this was the winter I resigned myself to courage and make a bold or foolish act into, well, I guess starter capitol, or fasting, those are the options I am now faced with. I don't know, I feel lost in the dark wanting both to eat and make for you, dear visitor a beautiful adorable, inspiring little miniature garden, which is all I want to do. But I also sacrificed on my own food money this month to be able to create my first humble prototype and I want make more of them!
I am so new to this I still have not worked out a pricing guide but I'd like to reward contributors with a miniature of their own.
Oh, and one more thing, my ultimate vision is to produce these landscapes with 100% biodegradable, ecologically sourced materials and I had to compromise slightly on my first because of resource availability, The prototype you see above has Dollarama 'crinkle paper' and a Michaels soap dye for the 'water' feature, everything else though is organic and natural, which is an idea l intend on aiming for to the best of my ability.
Thank you very kindly for your consideration and here's to living and creating!
