Hi everyone,

I've started my business a few months ago in the UK and abroad. I provides Pilates classes to help people get back on the tracks of a healthier life. I am all about the sensations and learning what happens in the body when working out. I use my background in Physiotherapy, my kindness and my patience to teach bespoke classes that make a difference.

My vision is for people to empower themselves, learn how to move their body efficiently to avoid injuries and increase their strength and flexibility and then be able to do it on their own. I always connect the body and the mind to let people get the most of this experience.

We all are great human beings, sometimes overwhelmed, sometimes happy, but always trying to do our best.

Now, I'm here to ask you a favor.
