Boost a girls self esteem

I have recently gained about 50 pounds and I haven't been able to buy myself new clothes since the weight gain. I work 2 jobs, but all my money goes to bills. Everything I own is too small or worn out. I just want to be able to leave my house and feel good about myself and the way I look. I know it's not the most important charity to everyone, but to me it would mean the world.
