OUR STORY:

It started with a love for reading. Our founder was "dreaming with open eyes", knowing she could be just like the characters in the books because she had access to quality education.
We have provided school supplies and a reading area to Minio Elementary School in Masbate and we cannot wait to reach more children of tomorrow.

OUR BACK TO SCHOOL PROJECT:

With classes resuming in the Philippines on August 24 we would like to lend a helping hand to the students of Daplian Elementary School located in Barangay Daplian, San Fernando Masbate. This pandemic has made it hard for families to purchase new supplies with little to no income, so we would like to help ease the burden by providing the tools to keep on learning. This schooling year 154 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 have enrolled for classes, but unfortunately this is a big decrease to the number of students we usually see in the classrooms.

Our goal is for each enrolled student to receive a school supplies pack (as pictured) which costs 170 Philippine pesos / 5 Australian dollars.

We would like to also raise enough funds to provide a school supplies pack for each of the students who have not enrolled and will be homeschooled this year.
