Book Publishing

I am an exercise physiologist who has almost completed my first book on body fat loss.  My focus in the book is to use my education to present a scientifically proven nutrition and exercise program to help people who need to lose body fat (NOT WEIGHT) to improve their health.  Maintaining healthy body composition can reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, etc., so I want to help cut the death rate for those diseases by tackeling the obesity epidemic in America head on with sound science behind my strategies.  I've almost completed writing the book, but need to raise funds in order to publish it.  I have a publisher who is ready to go with the design of cover art, typesetting, editing, printing, distribution, marketing, and ISBN numbers, but I have to raise the money to cover the costs of those things.  I should have everything ready to go to the publisher in about three weeks, but need the money to pay the publisher for all of the services I can't do on my own before he can actually get the book on the shelves (or virtual shelves in the case of those who wish to read it via their electronic devices).  I want to have the book out there in time for the New Years Resolution rush of people who are at a point where they are willing to make the changes needed to see results, which means, I need the money for the publisher before Christmas.  Anyone who is willing to help me out by donating at least $25 (the cost of the book when it comes out) will get an autographed copy!  Thanks for your help in making my dream of putting out a book come true!!!!  Now, let's go make some other peoples weight loss dreams come true!
