I am taking part in a sponsered Bokwa-Thon to raise money for two local pre-schools. This entails doing three hours of non-stop Bokwa (if you haven't heard of this before, click the following link to find out more or have a nose on Google http://bokwafitness.com/) The local pre-schools are Shepton Beauchamp and Kingsbury Episcopi - I attended Shepton pre-school myself, so this is a cause close to my heart! :) Anything you can spare as a donation would be gratefully received, no matter how small.
