Bodytorque Crossfit Big Christmas Gift

The Bodytorque Crossfit members have come up with the heart warming idea of helping out the homeless, elderly and children this Christmas and we are calling upon your support on Friday 4th December between 6.30am and 8.30pm we are going to travel coast to coast, with a twist! In total this is 305,000 metres in that everyone can contribute to reaching by running, cycling and rowing at the Bodytorque box . For example, a 5k run is 5000m towards the grand total . The idea is to get people involved friends , family to contribute, but at the same time donating into the donation buckets or this page , where all money raised will be used to buy food, clothes, toys and presents for those that aren't as fortunate at Christmas time. You can even be a part of physically handing over these gifts yourself and feel a real sense of pride and community involvement . So lets shares this, tell people about the event, dig deep and help the local community.
