Where, When & What is it? The Body Power Expo @ the NEC in Birmingham, England is one of the largest fitness events in the UK. This year it will be hosting the Powerlifting event held on the 17th-18th of May with many male and female lifters competing from all over the world.
I've been invited to compete in the 100kg class Powerlifting
competition on the 17th of May 2014 and my aim is simple
-TO WIN!
By winning, I am more likely to be selected to be in the British team for international events, raising my own profile and hopefully winning some gold for team GB!!
As a self employed father of 6, my priorities are laid out and travelling to contests is much harder to find time and money for.
-I am passionate about lifting (as my record of achievements show!)
-I am passionate about my family (as you all know!)
-I hope you can support me in my passion TO WIN too!
