Boards to Wards: My US residency dream

This campaign is aimed at raising money to finance my goal of sitting the USMLEs- United States Medical Licenscing Examination, which come in 3 parts - Step 1, Step 2(CK & CS) and Step 3, procurement of study materials (textbooks, online subscriptions, question banks), applying to sub internships in the US, visa and traveling expenses as well as accommodation.

I'm currently a 5th year medical student in Moscow, Russia with the hope of matching into a competitive residency program by 2019 after having successfully passed the examinations and interview process.

I understand that in the minds of many, the question of why can't I work to get this money is being raised. Here's my honest, simple answer - as a foreign student on a student visa, it is against the law for me to work here (Russia). My visa alone hinders any job opportunities for me. So, I kindly ask for your help and I'll greatly appreciate your support towards my dream of becoming the best doctor I can be so I can effectively serve you all and mankind.
