BMW E36 Future Project Car

I was browsing facebook the other day and I saw this old BMW 3 series sitting in a yard for sale. I've always been a BMW fan and the E36 3 series nowadays is known for being a cheap car but this particular one is dead cheap. The car is completely functional, it starts right up I've spoken with the owner. The reason he's selling it so cheap is because he can't legally drive the car on the road anymore due to the Romanian legislation and some missing documents, however that's not a big problem for me due to the fact that I want to turn this car into a possible drift car and I wasn't gonna drive it on the road anyways. The problem is that I am in a bad financial position at this point in time and I need to focus all my income on other stuff and I can't even afford the equivalent of 320 Euros this guy is asking for the car (1500 RON). It is not a big sum of money but it's something I can't afford.
