BmD Butterflies

My aim is to raise awareness and raise funds for the BMD charity (Becker Muscular Dystrophy) it is a chronic illness which has no cure and effects people with this condition in a serious way, the life expectancy is low and the muscles slowly start to deteriorate, which will end in them being in a wheelchair and it effects the walking, back, arms, legs and day to day functions.  this illness starts of at a young age and children cannot contribute in sports activities as the disease spreads in the body and leaving them in agony all day everyday.  muscular dystrophy usually caused by genetics within the family some may be carriers others may not. there is no cure for this illness at all and i would want to raise as much awareness as i possibly can and hopefully make this charity a world wide organisation spreading the word and helping the ones who are affected by this illness.
