Blues road to recovery

As most of you are aware Blue has been diagnosed with strangles. He is the very small percentage that has suffered horrendously with this disease. He is currently up at liphook receiving various meds. He has also been on a drip for most of his stay there so far. He has been incredibly ill. The vets were unsure he would make it but over the last few days he has shown massive improvements considering how ill he has been. Many of you would have seen his updates on my Facebook page and you have all been amazing. So thank you. The team of vets from both Animed and liphook I could not praise enough. If it wasn't for them Blue wouldn't still be with us. All the staff at work, liveries, friends and family have been fantastic and your support has kept me going through all this. Many of you have offered me help in many different ways. I have set up this fundraising page not for me but for all of blues medical care. My insurance will cover an amount but unfortunately he has had so much care the bill is rather a lot more than what they will cover. Any help is much appreciated weather is it 5p or £5 I would ask that people only donate what they would like to and don't feel like you have to. Blue is on his road to recovery it is going to be a long one but it's looking like he is out of the dark. Thanks to everyone again foryour support and taking time to read this.

Yesterday heaven look my beautiful boy from me I am heart broken you are all so amazing and I can't begin to thank you. My boy died suddenly of a heart attack the vets think due to infection internally. He was so strong and he did all that he could have done. My best friend my world. My soul mate my everything. He will be missed by everyone. I want people to be aware of this horrible disease and just how serious it can be. Blue was incredibly unlucky, he made his choice and couldn't carry on. Sleep tight beautiful boy. I will always love u xxxxx
