Blueberry dream farm

My husband and I recently read an article about the university of ohio is willing to reformulate land to make it suitable to raise blueberries in ohio. My husband is retired and I am a nurse currently working full time. We would like to buy a small amount of land (10 acres) and start blueberry farming. It costs $10,000 per acre to prep the soil plus cost of land and plants. I would like to thank all of you for your support with this project. god bless.
