Bloody damaged ears and asthma

I have a 2 year old son, both of his ears bleed. I have checked it to a health center and given me an antibiotic for his ears. Weeks later, it bleed again with a yellow-like-liquid. Everynight he wakes up and cry because his ears hurts. I can't take her to a private doctor since I'm a single mom and my online business is just right for our daily needs. He has asthma too and I need to buy him a nebulizer. I hope everyone can help me .
