Campaign Story
Redentor was diagnosed with Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common type of primary liver cancer, last February 2021. His wife, Raycel, a domestic helper, spent all of their savings, for Redentor to get treated. The hospital advised them to get a biopsy, an x-ray, and other laboratory tests. The biopsy results shown that Redentor has Stage 4 HCC. Because Redentor is just a fisherman in Quezon Province, he and his family cannot afford to pay and undergo the expensive treatment of HCC, particularly the radiation therapy, which is the immediate treatment needed for his condition. He has a big mass in his neck, caused by HCC, that makes his life unbearable and painful. We, his friends and family, are knocking on your generous hearts, to give him, even the slightest amount of monetary support you can give. The donations you can give to Redentor are a big help to treat his cancer and this can also help him spend his days longer with his children and wife.
Attached here are the medical abstracts and pictures of Redentor. Thank you and God bless you all always.

**UPDATE**
Redentor was confined last November 9, 2021. He was rushed into the hospital and was eventually confined because he felt really weak and was not able to move. He got blood transfusion right away and the doctor said that if his hemoglobin will continue to be normal, he can start radiation therapy. However, they cannot still start the radiation therapy because they don't have yet sufficient fund to do it. Additionally, the doctor said that they have to do a positron emission tomography (PET) scan that costs Php 50,000.
