Help Malachi build a bedroom

Meet Malachi my 2 year old grandson. I am raising Malachi and we need help getting him a bedroom built. We bought a 1910 farmhouse in 2018 and discovered the original hardwood floor in the bedrooms was rotten and a total loss. This past year we have fallen on really hard times financially. Currently Malachi and I sleep in the living room. I bought him a cute toddler bed and have set him up his own space in the living room until we car repair the floor and paint and build him a little bedroom of his own.
