CALLING OUR KIND SUPPORTERS! BSCRRC RESCUE CATS NEED YOUR HELP!

Bulgarian Stray Cats Rescue & Rehabilitation Centre (BSCRRC) is run by a small team of dedicated animal lovers. We rescue, treat, rehabilitate & re-home Bulgarian cats in distress like our disabled sweetheart Gloria. We rescued her in 2017. She has lived all her life as a stray. One fateful day she was run over by а speeding car, which almost killed her. The cat's abdominal cavity was wide open and her internal organs spilled out. Her right eyeball was hanging out of its socket and her right hind paw was totally crashed. She's underwent a lengthy surgery and has recovered miraculously well, but had no where to go and was put back on the streets. She wasn't copping and her health was deteriorating fast. When we learned of her plight, we stepped in immediately. We treated her and placed her in a foster home. Gloria will live with us to the end of her life. Dear friends & supporters, right now we need desperately your help to buy dry & canned cat food, and to pay some outstanding vet bills: for the treatment of our MARTY, who died from liver disorder; for the treatment of our SHERA and for the treatment of our late BABY WAFFLE, who crossed the Rainbow's Bridge at the beginning of August. On top of that, we have ongoing expenses for castrations and vaccinations.

Our rescue work is never ending. The streets of Bulgaria are overcrowded with stray cats and kittens. A lot of the kittens suffer from eye infection (Herpes virus). We are doing our best to help as many as possible because if left untreated they would end up blind like LUCY, a former BSCRRC rescue.

We are putting a lot of efforts, time and money in creating and managing our adoption campaigns and we are delighted to present some of the latest happily adopted rescues: AOIFE, MOCHI, SIVE, KIERAN & OISIN, PATRICK & EZRA.
