Blessing a good heart: A fundraising for Daddy Ido’s hospitalization

Marcelino Sales Sr., or “Daddy Ido”, is certainly a ‘daddy’ to all. A daddy to his 6 children, 8 grandchildren, family and friends. Our big family wouldn’t have been able to push through and rise above the difficult times we have encountered, especially in the past, without his support as he worked for most of his life as an OFW in the Middle East. Daddy Ido has been looking forward for the longest time to finally enjoy this much-awaited retirement with our Granny Elis and the rest of the family. However, his growing need for medical help has become ever so crucial.

Daddy Ido has been hospitalized since February 18, 2021 with high risk pneumonia, cardiac dysrhythmia and acute kidney injury. According to his Statement of Account, his hospital bills has reached PHP 900,000.00, without doctors fees yet. He has been undergoing series of hemodialysis and electrolyte imbalance management as preparation for his upcoming procedures: Angiogram and angioplasty. As of now, his cardiac status is normal.
