We won the Belgian trial, after 2 years of waiting for the rejection of the appeal in the Supreme Court, it is finally over, well almost, we still have to do the most important: a last legal action in France, whose instruction is in progress since 2017, whose partial dismissal in 2001 has been reopened in full in 2021.

The investigation is underway, all donations collected will be used to allow the travel of civil parties living abroad, develop a fund to help victims for psychological support and generally contribute to the needs of the OKCINFO initiative.

We won the Belgian trial, after 2 years waiting for the Appeal to be rejected, it's finally over, well, almost, now it's time for Payback but to be able to get the compensations we need to launch a potentially costly proceeding.

Your donations and any contributions will help us hire bailiff and notaries to recover the financial compensations, most of us are in difficult financial situations, for some it only got worse with Covid-19 and the energy crisis, this is why we need your help to have the means to go after the pedocriminal/cult-leader Robert Spatz and enforce the judgement.

Meanwhile, we have another judicial track ongoing in France and this time, Robert Spatz and his acolytes won't be able to escape their responsibility.

Fundraising to support our Legal action in France (new trial TBA)

Since 2016 the initiative in Justice OKCinfo has been fighting against the sectarian drift Ogyen Kunzang Choling (OKC) and its founder Robert Spatz alias "Lama Kunzang", sentenced twice in Belgium with 4 and 5 years of suspended sentence for crimes of sexual abuse on minors, physical and psychological abuse, torture, sectarian drift, embezzlement, forgery and a whole series of financial crimes.

In the Belgian case, we have inherited a whole series of procedural flaws, the main one being that the reasonable duration of the proceedings has been exceeded, since the investigation of this case in Belgium dates back to 1997.

Since our generation missed the judicial investigation, part of the sexual abuse in the Belgian judicial case could not be judged by the court of Liège, that's why we decided to do everything to prevent Robert Spatz from continuing his crimes, and we are determined to bring a second legal case in France in the hope of a real condemnation for the crimes that could not be judged by the Belgian procedure.

We do not yet know the exact costs of this new legal action, but we need lawyers, legal aid and psychological support to get through this last ordeal.
