Raising Funds for Hatzolah

Signing up for the 4x4x48 to raise funds for Hatzolah Medical Rescue, South Africa.

I will be running 4 miles (6.4km) every 4 hours for 48 hours and completing 48 miles (77km). Back me up as motivation, support and to raise funds for Hatzolah Medical Rescue and the incredible work they do for our community!

I am doing this because this is a challenge that pushes limits, testing runners both physically and mentally - but mostly mentally. The challenge aligns with raising awareness of the physical and mental challenges that Hatzolah Medical Rescuers push through each and every day.

I hope to raise at least R10 for every successful km completed, which will total at least R768 after the full 48 hours.
