Overcome Brain Tumor!

I lost my beloved mother to brain tumor in June 2018. 2 years before she died, I have seen a lot of painful and horrifying things happen to my mom that you would never wish to see happening to your own family or your loved ones. Bed sores, heartbreaking episodes of seizures, a lot of emergency trips to the hospital, eczema, pneumonia name it all. Recalling all this makes my heart break once more.

But thanks to the help of my family and friends for their undying support emotionally and financially which helped me get through all that. Specially my Tita Melinda.

She is my mother's sister and all through that unforgettable 2 year nightmare, she was with me. Every single event that I wished someone would be there, she was there. Even in my mom's last day she had no choice but to see her sister's lifeless body whether she liked it or not. She had to because she was the one talking with the embalming company.

Just before the year my mom passed away, we found out that her own son also was diagnosed with brain tumor. How ironic and devastating that was! Why she has to go through the same path I did?

Due to financial constraints the operation was not pushed through and It was also not ideal that time because on top of the tumor, her son (my cousin) also has a weak heart and the doctors suggested that he must have a strong heart first to get through with the surgery.

Fast forward to today, February 2021 my cousin's symptoms are getting worse that they were advised that an operation is urgently needed. They gave her a time allowance of 2 weeks. And in that 2 weeks, this is the best thing that I can do to help raise funds for my cousin's operation.

This is the least I can do for her as I am not that financially capable to cover all the costs of the operation.

So here I am, once again knocking on your kind hearts for help.

I am naming this campaign fight brain tumor because I won't let brain tumor win over us this time.
