Urgent surgery for Scooby before 26 November!

Scooby will turn 4 month on 23 November , I took care of him from the moment he was born in my room, but sadly an accident happen to him where he broke his left front leg on the date of 19 November, and I had to wait until the morning to take him to the clinic and when I arrived to the clinic and took an x-ray of his leg , they asked me to go to the hospital to because they cannot do his surgery , and when I took him to the hospital and the vet saw the x=ray and Scooby, she informed me that this kind of multiple bone fracture happened in a very sensitive please which well effect his growth and he might be disabled if did not do the surgery within 7 days , before the bones start bulling them selves over a broken bone, and she also told me that there is only 3 places where i can get the qualified vets that have the equipment and the parts needed to be inserted in his leg.

I am alone student and my financial condition does not qualify me to pay for his fees. as we all know because of this pandamic, many people are affected.

Please save Scooby to be able to play again and run.
