Help a Dad to live and see miracles
Deuteronomy 31:6
6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Last year has been a trying time. Dad has episodes of hematochezia with associated body weakness and weight loss. Consultation and other diagnostic requirements were facilitated.
He was diagnosed with Rectal cancer last November 2019 but he refused medical management due to financial incapacity but considered other options. Check up and consultation to different doctors were also sought. March 2020, the pandemic came. June 2020, when one doctor, advised him to have scheduled CT scan. July 2020, there was a difficulty to arrange check up appointment and laboratory because of the current situation and his comorbidity status.
On August 24, 2020 he was admitted at Notre Dame de Chartres Hospital because of the progression of weight loss, body weakness, no appetite to eat and stomach bloating. CT scan revealed that there is intestinal obstruction, sigmoid new-growth with hepatic, pulmonary and bone metastasis. Colostomy surgery was done on the 3rd day (August 26).
Now, he has the chance to fight his cancer. Will you help us through with this?
"No amount is small for generosity". God bless you more.
