Medical Diagnosis for Teenage Child

His name is Rich Eduard Mamaril, he is the son of my partner. He is a 14yr old kid, very thin and weak. We are trying to raise money so we could get him to a specialist who could identify what is causing the swelling on his left side of the head. This is the second time in 3mos that it swelled up so big that his right eye is almost as close. First one was last July 2, 2020, we bought him to a doctor to check and it turns out that it was caused by a boil or pigsa in Filipino custom. Before the swelling he's always complaining of boils in his body. He had it on his face, legs, shoulders and even near his genital area. So just yesterday the swelling on the same spot began again. We wanted to know what is causing it and have him treated so it doesn't come back and could be a normal healthy teen. We are not rich, his mother is working on night shift as a call center agent here in the Philippines. We used to work both on the same company but we decided that I stay at home so in case of emergency someone is with Rich. The 3 of us live in a tiny apartment with 2 small dogs. We pay for the apartment and bills and with the help of my few relatives and my mom we survive, but barely. We need money for hospital payment such as laboratories, possible citiscan, hospital admission and God forbid an operation. For now we are asking for your help that would come a long way to this teen could live a long and normal life. We just wanted his agony to stop.
