A plea for financial assistance, Hernia operation for my mother

I am pleading for financial assistance, my mother Cathy Francis is in desperate need of an operation for a Hernia in her stomach. Should this hernia errupt it will be fatal. My parents are retired and living off the government grant and do not have medical aid, this being so costly and unaffordable to most elderly people.

Due to the current pandemic, state hospital are not doing any operations, after much consideration I have decided to seek assistance before it is too late. My mother is very well know to many people, the rock of our family, I love my mother very dearly and can not imagine life without her.

I am pleading for any financial assistance to have this operation done at a private hospital, we have been quoted a price of +/- R62 000.00
