Help save me

Please help me. I am a closeted teen who is being blackmailed by a guy I met online. He has pictures and videos and messages from our exchange and is threatening to out me to my friends and family if I don't pay him. I don't know what to do . I'm terrified of what is gonna happen. I can't live with this . I can't eat or sleep and I don't think I could live with it if he outed me . I'm really just considering ending it all. I can't deal with this stress and anxiety .
