Please help this poor girl to get a chance to live

Her name is Sheena Mae Umaga she is only 17 years old, second oldest to the 8 siblings. She is suffering from this massive tumor she needs the money to pay for her treatment and radiation to have a chance to live. She was a good student her family is poor but decent hard working one. They have dedicated every penny they can earn to take care of her so far. Now they need the help of the world to keep the girl fight for life. Any donation would be big help.
