Please help me help my mother

I sincerely hope this will help me to help my mother. Any amount will help her to survive. Since our country doesn't have enough or any program at all for helping those that need help constantly, I need to find a way in order to help my mother survive. She is on constant verge of extreme poverty. She has disability money, but they can't cover even basic food for a week. She suffers for a long time from mental ( Psychotic depression), Also she had a brain surgery and has been hospitalized many times. She is not able to work, and we can only help her so much with what we can earn, and that is food and medicine. But that is not enough, she is always in danger of getting evicted from her only home, she is always late with paying bills, so she is often left without electricity. There is no money for retirement home for her, also, we don't have permanent homes for homeless in our country. There is only one home for homeless in our whole country and people can stay there temporarily. Needless to say, her condition is such that if she loses her home or if she is in constant fear from hunger, she might lose herself and her mind forever, and we have no way to take care of her, we live in tiny apartment, which has one room in which we sleep, cook, eat, work and live. She also has chronic asthma, and she wouldn't be able to survive in poorer conditions then she is in now. Currently she is in debt that goes through her retirement money, so she only gets 50$ a month to live with. For things to get worse she helped sick dog on the street and now she owes to the vet too. Hope so much she won't end up on the street and die of hunger and illness, please help me help her.
