Lionel Espineli is a friend battling for congenital heart disease, specifically atrial septal defect (a hole between chambers of the heart). He is recommended to have his heart operated on as soon as possible as the hole is getting even bigger. His condition complicated into severe pulmonary arterial hypertension which eventually may lead to heart failure. He is a single father to his only child. He now experiences palpitations and easy fatiguability which also made him incapable of working to provide for himself and his family.
Please help him so he may extend his life.
