Campaign Story
Great Day!
This campaign is to help and get funds for our cousin, JC Lazaro. He was diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) way back 2013 and now fighting with CML in Blast Crisis. He’s been in and out of the hospital for blood/platelet transfusion due to very low hemoglobin and platelet count. His oral chemotherapy or targeted medication has no remission or no sign of recovery due to his blast crisis.
As per doctor’s advice, he will undergo with Intensive Chemotherapy Treatment as soon as possible and Bone Marrow Transplant afterwards. He’s been on his pre-laboratory procedures already and will be taking too risky treatment, life and death scenario. Right now he's having quality time with his family and daughter as a solo parent. 
We seek help to all his friends, relatives & well-wishers to support him and his family to raise this fund. A contribution of any amount will go a long way in saving JC's life and be able to continue being a responsible father to his daughter.
