We are reaching out to all our kind-hearted fellow for your help...
Our friend Allen Jay Mendoza was diagnosed last January 2020 with an illness known as Pneumonia and admitted at Pasig Doctor's Medical Center (PDMC) for 9 days. His HMO together with Phil. Health covered all the hospital bills and expenses for the said month.
3 months after he was discharged from the hospital, he suddenly last May 11, 2020 experienced the difficulty of breathing, had a high fever and body pain all the same symptoms as he experienced before.
He went to our company clinic but he was given an advice to go directly to the ER due to low oxygen level on his body (89). When he reached the hospital (PDMC) all S.O.P was done to him. And immediately the doctor advised that he needs to be admitted again with the same diagnosis.
In behalf of his family and friends we are asking for your help to sustain with his hospital bills which is as of the moment arounds up almost 150,000.
