Hello everyone! I am humbly reaching out to your kind hearts to help my partner Jeser Cadalin, 26 years old, for his ongoing Dialysis treatment which is conducted twice a week. He was diagnosed with a Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5 secondary to Chronic Glomerulonephritis. We don't have enough money especially that my wage as well as his mother's won't be enough because he also have other medicines and injections for his maintenance and monthly laboratories. We are together for more than 8 loving years. He is a loving person and a good man and I want to raise a fund to support him. I would like to give him a long and happy life. I am humbly asking for your financial help to support him with this battle . Any amount would such a big help and we would be forever grateful for your help.
