Campaign Story
Hey friends.
I am starting this campaign for my grandpa to help with any medical expenses. A month ago he had not feeling well because there was a lump growing on his left side of his neck. My family in Philippines have been taking him to doctor a couple of times . He tried so many medicines but they didn't work. He's been feeling very ill and couldn't even sleep at night. He couldn't open his mouth enough to eat food because it's so painful. This last Monday, 20th April we've decided to bring him to ER, lab test were taken and we've found out that his blood sugar level got so high ( 509 Blood sugar level to be exact.) This explains why the swollen parts of his neck doesn't getting better. Insulin shots were given to him to lower his blood sugar level and Thank God now its 150 from 509, still high though atleast it's getting better. Yesterday the doctor came and told my grandpa the bad news, they said they've found out that my grandpa has Pneumonia and Tuberculosis. It pains us seeing him suffer so all we could do is try to provide him with the best care there is.
She is now admitted at GenSan Doctors Hospital, one of the hospitals in General Santos City, Philippines. We wanted to continue letting him stay at this fine hospital but the expenses are really too high. In just 2 and half days our partial bill is now 46000 pesos or nearly 1000 dollar. We have paid 6000 pesos deposit .This amount are only for the room rate for two nights, meaning it doesn't include medicines, laboratory test and so on.
Friends, I am knocking in your kind heart and immeasurable generosity in raising funds for my grandpa. My grandpa, family and I would be very delighted to any donation we will receive from the depths of our hearts. Your kind upvotes and resteems are very much appreciated as well. More than that, we would love to receive your prayers for my grandpa's recovery. Thank you very much.
