I am Reinald Tormon and i am writing this post in behalf of my cousin, Annetonette Porcuna. Unfortunately, She passed away last February 24, 2020.

To give a background, Anne was diagnosed with Wilson’s disease last year. Its a ‘rare’ inherited disorder which causes copper to accumulate in the liver, brain, and other vital organs. There are cases wherein people who suffer this disorder may be treated and eventually, love a normal.

But in the case of Anne, there was lack of financial support to help her overcome such disorder.

Anne was a single mother of her 17-year old daughter, Nicole. As of now, Anne’s parents has no other means to support Nicole, as well as her education. Both her mother and father are of old age. We are humbly asking for your help, through donations. The monetary assistance shall be used for the payment of hospital bills, which also includes the medicines and treatments incurred during her recent confinement in the hospital. Likewise, the said donation shall be used for her burial services. Currently, Anne’s body is at St. Peter chapel Quezon avenue.

Thank you for your kind hearts.
