22 YEARS OLD AND LOOKING AT LIFE PLUS & HE IS INNOCENT

Chico was arrested and charged with F1A Murder 1st degree/class 1 A felony, F2 Robbery, F1C use of firearm to commit felony & F2A Possession or receive stolen firearm on Jan. 02,2020 and is currently in the Sarpy County Jail. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL OR DNA EVIDENCE, HE IS NOT ON ANY OF THE VIDEO THE COPS HAVE AND HE IS NOT PARTICIPATING IN MENTIONED IN THE NUMEROUS MESSAGES BETWEEN THE 2 ORIGINALLY CHARGED THAT WERE CAUGHT IN POSSESSION OF THE VICTIMS STOLEN CAR. He was arrested solely on the statements made by the female juvenile that has since recanted her testimony and admitted Alfredo had no part in it and that she had lied to investigators. Despite all that he was bound over for trial and has no bond. Both the racially biased Bellevue police & the Sarpy County District Attorneys office are violating his civil & constitutional rights. HE NEEDS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY. THE PUBLIC DEFENDER ISN'T RAISING ANY OBJECTIONS TO THE STATES OBVIOUS LACK OF EVIDENCE AND ALFREDO IS THE ONE PAYING.
