I met Tatay Rolando and his daughter Jewelyn at Church. Jewelyn is 16 years old with cerebral palsy so Tatay Rolando carries her with him all the time. He has 3 other daughters and works as a vegetable vendor. On the side, he sells flower pens for P50 (as seen in the pictures) made out of recycled plastic. They were actually featured in GMA's Magpakailanman back in 2013 and were able to receive help at the time.

Currently, Jewelyn needs to undergo a couple of procedures such as moving her NG tube to a G tube and also therapy sessions. Tatay needs P15,000 for the NG tube procedure which will be done at Philippine Children's Medical Center in Quezon Avenue (where he also sells flower pens) but he can't quickly raise them on his own. If you'd like to help them out, you may donate any amount you wish to and it'll surely go a long way for Tatay and Jewelyn.
