Jaziah Pearl Cabaobao is a smart, brave, loving and faithful 8-year-old girl from Bacolod City, Philippines who was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease. She needs your help for a life-saving surgery that will cost Php 500,000 at the Philippine Heart Center.

I am Jay-r S. Cabaobao, a resident of Bacolod City, Philippines. I am the father of Jaziah Pearl S. Cabaobao who ha been diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease and Ventricular Septal Defect. Because of her condition, a pediateic cardiologist highly recommended for an immediate surgery at the Philippine Heart Center.

The surgical operation required us to raise an estimated amount Php 500,000. With all honesty, I am not financially capable to come up with that huge amount of money right away. What I and my family have is the will and determination to find good-hearted people to assist us in as many ways as possible.

I would like to ask for financial assistance that could help us push through the surgery so that my child could live a normal life as a kid. We are going to the Philippine Heart Center on March 5, 2020.

Thank you very much for your benevolence and God speed!

Very truly yours,

JAY-R S. CABAOBAO
