Campaign Story
I am fundraising to help my youngest brother who has been in hospital for then a month he has to get a bypass and a hurnia operation but he is very weak because of the hurnia lying on his bladder he cant urinate and that causes water on the lungs and he then find it difficult breathing and he can't work anymore because of being so sick that's why I want to help him so he can go for the operation and get better and continue a normal life I only make a normal breadline salary please any donations will help God Bless You All

Update posted by Annemarie Leonie Botha at 03:42 pmjust an update I have raised 1500 so far want to thank everyone brother has been admitted back in hospital again his condition has worsen now have lung infections and bronchitis no organs are working the way they should and the heart is not pumping well
