Campaign Story
The year 1999 was the time my godfather, Anthony Petalcorin as I call him "Papa Ton", was first diagnosed with Acute Renal Failure.
Within the following year, God sent the perfect match to be his donor and proceeded for the kidney transplant by November 2000. Thank Heavens, it was a success!
My loving godfather has been given an extended lease in life, thanking the good Lord for His love and faithfulness for the next nineteen years.
This is me with my Papa Ton, only couple of weeks old in this photo.
Our families Lee and Petalcorin have been so close over the years, my sister Fritz and I basically grew up together with their children Faye and Josh.
Last year, they welcomed their beautiful granddaughter, Zoe Faith. Both first time grandparents Anthony and Emma are over the moon.
In early 2019, he had to undergo with a surgery called nephrostomy to aid the kidney in passing urine. A stent was successfully inserted and was able to help for the next six months.
By December 12, 2019, he underwent surgery again as the stent needed replacing. Unfortunately, he acquired a post surgery infection hence needing close monitoring. He is now going through dialysis again, once daily.
As of December 16, 2019, Papa Ton is in the care of Davao Medical School Foundation Hospital (DMSFH), within the walls of their intensive care unit (ICU).
The staff and family are helping as much as they can to cater for his needs, but as we all know, medicine and hospital bills are never easy to provide.
I am humbly asking for your sincere prayers, and any form of assistance to our beloved Anthony Petalcorin.

Tonton is a very kind-hearted person, a true Christian. We pray that God grant him many more years so that he can continue to share his generous heart to others.
