Dialysis Funds

We are looking for donations to assist with dialysis costs for my little sister. Her name is Jerina and she was diagnosed with renal failure early last year. Both her kidneys are damaged and are not functioning. The doctors said her body is currently not ready for a transplant. She needs to get constant dialysis, at least 3times a week and should not have any blood transfusions for at least 3 months. Her health currently is not good and she gets blood transfusion almost every month. There is a drug called EPO that she is supposed to take to help her body with blood production , it costs US$30/ R450. Due to financial constraints she has not been taking it, as we are barely able to meet the dialysis cost. She is based in Zimbabwe at the moment, but at times she will be here in South Africa. Each dialysis session costs US$80 (rand value ranges from R1200 - R1300 depending on the rate for the day) and in SA it ranges from R1450 and above. Currently she has been going for 2 dialysis sessions but the doctor highly recommends that she goes for at least 3 sessions so that her health improves and she can be able to be considered for a transplant.
