Adam Ferreira my fiancee has Stage 4 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. It was only found recently after a few months of extreme back pain.

With plans to relocate to Paarl, Western Cape from Pretoria and start a new life, Adam left for Cape Town. Started work in Paarl and left me packing in Pretoria. Waiting for Adam to find us a place to stay, Adam's back pain got so extreme that he went to hospital. Without medical aid our hopes and dreams crumbled. It was Cancer and very aggressive stage 4 lung cancer that was eating away his T1 to T4 vertebra.

Adam is currently still staying in Paarl unable to return to Pretoria and I am busy working my last days of my notice period 1200km away. Hoping to join him soon.

I have done a lot of reading, studying and talking to Cured Cancer Survivors. So with the doctors that has not offerd much hope come up with a plan of action. We will use all these "Cancer fighting recipes", diets and in conjunction with cannabis oils to hopefully reverse growth of the cancer cells. He would also need to continue radiation as soon as possible.

Unfortunately with limited funds, Adam not able to work and currently deteriorating very fast I am in a very tight spot.

Please open your heart to help me and this absolute gentle man with heart of gold to live the life he was ment to. To become a walking miracle and help others as well.
